What it is
The expensive mistake in this field is not picking the wrong framework — it is automating the wrong workflow. Work that looks repetitive is often held together by undocumented judgement, and work that looks complicated is sometimes a rules engine nobody wrote down.
This engagement exists to tell those apart before anyone writes code. We map what your people actually do, score each piece of work honestly, check whether your data and systems can support an agent at all, and hand you a written plan. It is deliberately short, deliberately paid, and its conclusion is sometimes that the answer is a script, a form, or nothing.
